Refund & Returns Policy
You can request a refund or exchange any item purchased via our website within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure your item is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resaleable condition.
All products must meet the above requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items can be returned to us directly or you can request for a collection to be made by one of our recommended courier companies. Any collections will incur a small charge.
How to request your refund or exchange
To arrange your refund or exchange simply email Admin@therosacollection.com outlining your order number, postal code and the reason for your exchange or refund.
Receiving a refund
You will be issued with a full refund of the product cost as soon as your item has been returned to us and completed a satisfactory quality control check.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days to show up in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. All payments will be credited via the original payment method.
Faulty items
If for any reason your item is faulty, please email us at Admin@therosacollection.com.
Our team will arrange to replace any necessary parts or items in full. If necessary, any collections will be carried out by our recommended courier companies without any charge to yourself.
Lost Items
Any items not received within 20 days of receiving the tracking link should be reported to us by email on Admin@therosacollection.com.
Cancelling Orders
You can return your order up to 14 days after receiving your item.
All our goods are specially made for our customers. Therefore, once the order is placed, the order cannot be cancelled without covering the cancellation fee. The customer can cancel the order any time before the delivery, by paying 10% of the invoice (order) amount.
