Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery orders placed before midday Monday to Friday should be despatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays).

All Standard Delivery items will typically take 3 - 5 working days to arrive.

For addresses in Scotland, Wales and those outside of Mainland UK, the delivery may take slightly longer. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking code.

If in the event you have not received your item within 20 days of receiving the tracking code, you should contact us by email at Admin@therosacollection.com.

Please note:
Some of our larger items may be dispatched in two separate boxes.
All standard delivery orders are delivered to the curbside and not delivered inside the property.

Assisted 2-Man Delivery
Assisted 2-Man Delivery orders placed before midday Monday to Friday, will be despatched within 48 hours (excluding public holidays).

2-Man Delivery items will typically take 3-7 working days to arrive.
For addresses in Scotland, Wales and those outside of Mainland UK, the delivery may take slightly longer.
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking code.

If in the event you have not received your item within 20 days of receiving the tracking code, you should contact us by email at Admin@therosacollection.com.

Please note:
Assisted 2-Man Delivery does not include the assembly of any items.
This delivery option will only cover rooms up to a third floor, including flats.

Delivery Pricing
The cost of delivery is based on individual product weight and size and postcode.
If you are purchasing multiple items, each item will show its own delivery cost and the total cost of delivery will be calculated at the checkout.

What is Curb Side Delivery?
Curb side delivery is a standard term and generally means the item will not be taken into your home.
In most cases, the item will be delivered to your door, but in some situations where your door may not be easily accessible – such as in a flat or city centre dwelling where parking is not available – the item will be delivered as close as possible to your main entrance.

What is An Assisted 2-Man Delivery?
Assisted 2-Man Delivery is available by default on our sofas.
This service will provide you with two individuals that will carry the item into a room of your choice.
Our Assisted 2-Man Delivery service will cover anyone up to a 3rd story flat.

What if our product is currently not in stock?
The majority of our products are made to order with an expected delivery time of around 8-12 weeks. Once a tracking number has been sent the above-expected delivery times apply (3-7 days).
